Red Rocks Canyon...
Is one of the most beautiful places I have been to. The gorgeous red clay rock jetting out from the ground. As you drive through the Nevada desert you can see the red rocks from miles away. Slowly getting larger and larger. Just 30 minutes outside of the craziness and bright lights of the Las Vegas strip, Red Rocks offers gorgeous views, hiking and a picturesque landscape as far as the eye can see.
Alyssa & Leko had known each other for years. And although they knew from an early stage of dating, that they were meant to be, celebrating their wedding was put on the back burner. Leko was studying to be a police officer while Alyssa ran her hair salon business. They brought a beautiful baby girl into the world and as the years past, celebrating a wedding just seemed to be pushed further and further away.
Sometimes life just gets in the way of celebrating a big wedding. That's why Alyssa and Leko reached out to me! They wanted to celebrate their love in an intimate elopement. Just them and me in the Red Rocks of Vegas.
With daytime temperatures reaching 105 degrees, Alyssa & Leko decided to have a sunrise elopement. We drove out to Red Rocks at 5 AM to catch the gorgeous glow of the rocks as the sun started a new day. They said their vows to each other while the sun slowly rose over the mountains.
After their intimate vows, we ran around the trails in Red Rocks taking photos and creating sweet memories for these two.
I was so honored they asked me to fly to Vegas to capture this special moment for them.
