Sapphire Point, right outside of the town of Breckenridge, CO provides the perfect spot for photos with a gorgeous view!
This location was located right off the highway, as a pull off that if you didn't know existed- you would have just driven past.
Overlooking mountains and a lake, Sapphire point had a few trails off to the side with benches and paths that would lead you further up the mountain.
When Natalie and Matt reached out to me for engagement photos, finding the perfect place in CO was difficult. Colorado was full of gorgeous places that would make the perfect backdrop for an engagement session, but it was the dead of winter which made hiking more difficult. Sapphire point was the perfect place for photos! Not a far hike with a view for miles and miles.
Natalie and Matt had just recently moved to Colorado so capturing their love in their new home state was exactly what they were envisioning for their photos. They wanted to show off both their new home along with their excitement for their upcoming wedding, where all of their friends and family would be traveling to CO to celebrate with them.
After almost busting my butt a few times due to the icy trails, we were able to capture some gorgeous photos that really shows off the beauty of CO.
